If you go and have a chat with them, they will be able to do all the vetinary things to Menina before you go away, so that she is able to be kennelled whilst you are out of Madeira. We have just returned from Funchal and we want to adopt this little dog called Menina. She is about 18 months old and currently has puppies. A rep at the hotel is trying to help us. We are trying to find a trustworthy boarding kennels in Funchal that can look after Menina whilst she is neutered, innoculated and prepared for transportation to England. We cannot afford for her to go into quarrantine kennels, but we are very happy to contribute to the cost of her boarding whilst she is in Madeira. I visit Funchal every year and only a few weeks ago I was watching the strays in the Mercado dos Lavradores and wondering if anyone bothered about them. Thelma, what a wonderful job you are doing, I will make a point of remembering where you are and will visit next time I am over.
